Program Description
Combine theory and exercise. Train your body and soul. This is the essence of Chinese Martial Arts. Participants train under the guidance of China's prominent past National Chinese Wushu Champions. These highly experienced masters are dedicated to providing high quality training for all students, from total beginners to participants competing in National Wushu competitions. Intensive training are held in the morning and extra curriculum activities held in the weekends to enhance your China experience greatly.

Training Forms

Forms Course
Tai Ji Quan Simplified form of 24 forms Tai Ji Quan, 32 forms Tai Ji sword, yang style Tai Ji Quan, chen style Tai Ji Quan, wu style Tai Ji Quan, sun style Tai Ji Quan, 42 forms comprehensive Tai Ji Quan, 42 forms comprehensive Tai Ji sword, Taiji pushing hands, xing yi quan , ba gua zhang,wushu theory
Nan Quan Si lu chang quan, chang quan, nan quan, broadswords, sword, spear , staff, dual fight, xing yi quan, pu dao, dual fight of weapon

Class Hours
8:30 – 11:00am Monday - Friday
Elective: 1:30 – 3:30 Monday and Wednesday
Supervision: 1:30 – 3:30 Tuesday and Thursday

Wushu Oriented Electives: Wushu electives are offered to provide participants with a chance of practicing other forms. Forms include Praying Mantis, Sanshou, Drunken Boxing, Tumbling Boxing and Bagua Zhang etc. Electives are open in the afternoon of every Monday and Wednesday.

Wushu Supervision: Supervision aims to correct and perfect your movement and skills as a supplementary to the training section in the morning. Supervisor will really slow down to demonstrate you every movement and emphasize in details. Supervisions are open in the afternoon of every Tuesday and Thursday.

Chinese Language Training (optional): Chinese tutoring is organized for those who intend to learn Chinese at his free time. Time and contents can be arranged flexibly according to learner’s needs.

Weekend Excursions: Allied Gateway organizes weekend trips in Shanghai. Attractions include Huangpu River Cruise, Nanjing Shopping Street and the Bund, Shanghai Urban Planning Museum etc.

Social Activities: A handful of activities are organized to provide a perfect West Meet East environment for Program Participants to mingle with locals. Activities include Bao Jiaozi (make dumpling), Karaoke, Weekend camp etc.

Certificates
With a view to ensuring the teaching quality, appropriate examinations will be held at the end of the training course. Certificates will be issued to the participants who pass the examination successful. The exam will be held in the form of match.

Airport Transfer
Allied Gateway provides free airport arrival-pick-up service to Program Participants. Our staff will meet you at the arrival gate after you get your luggage and take you to your accommodation. You need to provide us with correct flight information – flight number / flight date 2 weeks before your program starts. To make sure smooth transition, you will be provided with Allied Gateway contact number before you come to China in case of last minute changes.

Accommodation
Campus Budget
All rooms furnished with bed, desk, chair, lamp, telephone, air-conditioner. All rooms share bathrooms. Hot water available in the morning and evening.

Hotel
Single occupancy or double shared standard room available. The hotel rooms are well furnished with bed, TV, telephone, fridge, private bathroom, desk, internet access and air-conditioner. Hotel facilities include laundry, gym and daily house-keeping.
